Festival Indonesian Movie

Festival Film Indonesia (FFI) is the highest awards for the film industry in Indonesia. FFI was first held in 1955 and continued in 1960 and 1967 (under the name National Film Appreciation Week), before finally held on a regular basis starting in 1973. FFI Assessment Mechanism

Judging FFI MECHANISM :
1. Selection Committee applies when the number of participants more than 50 movie titles.

a. Creative film workers are: director, screenwriter, actor / actress, director of photography, directional sound / music, editor, artistic director and producer who has been involved in at least 3 (three) film production, and 1 (one) or more than one of them have been awarded a national / international.
b. Observers films are: writer film criticism, film journalists, film researcher, cultural researcher, columnist in the mass media culture, film scholars, and curator / programmer professional screening program, which has been involved in at least 3 (three) publications, observations or national film event.
c. Willing to always be present in every film assessment process, including screening and selection committee meetings.

1.
